Feels semi-reliable to dispatchEvent()s that way since it's hard to control input parameters, perhaps we should create a new cache tag, like FPC_VARNISH_USER, and clear that one instead? |

This event would help a lot when building custom modules. This way it is not necessary to check if Made_Cache is installed etc.
